A recently formed Dallas real estate brokerage firm has landed a contract for one of downtown Dallas' biggest office skyscrapers.
Dallas Business Journal Tracy Fults, a former senior director at Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, has left the company to form his own firm, Fults Commercial. It will focus on landlord representation, tenant representation and acquisitions and dispositions.
